RETURNS

Customers can return non-working or defective parts for an equal exchange. Return shipping will be paid for by Mercer Corvette for defective parts. All parts covered by Lifetime Warranty, unless core unit is not received for EBCM units. Refunds are not given in any case. No refund or exchange if part is installed incorrectly and damaged due to programming, bad installation, etc. Product MUST be returned before any remedy can be granted for a defective part, etc.

SHIPPING

All items will be shipped via Standard Ground Service unless otherwise requested. Many carriers require a physical street address; they will not deliver to a P.O. Box. All freight charges are the customer’s responsibility. We do not guarantee shipping times. While we work diligently to ship all orders out as quickly as possible, our parts are in high demand and there may sometimes be a delay in shipping your part. Please email or call us for updated shipping lead times.


CORE CHARGES

Core applies to EBCM part only (Not BPMV/Brake Pump.) Core charge is already included in unit price. To receive $200 core charge back, simply use the included prepaid postage label to send back your core to us. Once received, you get your $200 back plus you lifetime warranty begins. NO WARRANTY if we don't receive your core. Also, core must be rebuild-able for $200 core refund. If not rebuild-able, you will still receive the warranty, but not the $200 refund.


WARRANTIES
All items are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment to you. Your purchase will be backed by a lifetime warranty extended by Mercer Corvette. Please note, for EBCMs, core return is required to qualify for warranty. Warranty claims apply to parts only. Please contact us directly for a warranty claim. Warranty does not cover shipping damage or faulty installation, fire or flood damage, or car accident damage. Faulty units will be repaired or replaced under lifetime warranty.



DAMAGE/DEFECTIVE CLAIMS
Always check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the person delivering the merchandise. Should any damage be present, immediately notify Mercer Corvette so that all the necessary steps be taken to insure prompt replacement of any goods. Notify Mercer Corvette’s Customer Service Department for instructions on returning damaged or defective goods before sending the item back. Mercer Corvette is not responsible for any claims arising from damage notification given after three (3) days of receipt of delivery. *Damage claims may not be submitted after the part is installed.*

SHORTAGES
Always check the contents of your delivery to ensure that all the parts ordered are received. If you are missing any items please check to see if they have been back ordered on the invoice before calling the Customer Service Department. If a shortage has occurred, please contact our Customer Service Department within three (3) days of delivery to insure a prompt replacement. Mercer Corvette assumes no liability after this point.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders made payable to Mercer Corvette. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. All personal checks are subject to a 10 day hold. For your protection, we do not accept cash through the mail. Credit card orders can only be shipped to the billing address listed with the bank that issued the credit card.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders must be prepaid before shipment can be sent. Due to the constant fluctuation of currency rates and depending on the items being ordered, your freight fees will vary. It is important that you contact Mercer Corvette for shipping quotes.
