Refund policy

Customers can return non-working or defective parts for an equal exchange. Return shipping will be paid for by Mercer Corvette for defective parts. All parts covered by Lifetime Warranty, unless core unit is not received for EBCM units. Refunds are not given in any case. No refund or exchange if part is installed incorrectly and damaged due to programming, bad installation, etc.
